LEM’s Cabi Night was another successful team building event! The Cabi party was held at the founder and president, Laura’s, home. The entire staff gathered for a night of fun, fashion, and support for a small mother-daughter business.
Filled with laughter and fun, the team members tried on clothing of various styles. Rhonda, specifically, tried on some funny styles, and all the ladies laughed and had a good time. The night was filled with sharing stories, getting to know one another more, and simply having some quality time to relax and connect.
Bringing the Bond Closer
Laura emphasized the importance of successful team building events in strengthening the team’s connection. “When we are able to relate to things outside of work, it really helps bring that bond even closer,” she noted. At LEM, team building is a regular practice to express appreciation and enhance team connection. Laura and the team have seen and experienced the positive effects it continues to have.
This event and other team building events go hand in hand with LEM‘s commitment to valuing each team member for who they are, beyond their professional capabilities. Each staff member has a unique personality that brings a well roundedness to the overall workplace. Laura envisions a work environment where the staff relies on each other not only for technical support but also for support in relational challenges within the workplace. At LEM she sees this very thing among her staff!

Laura loves the comradery that has developed among the staff at LEM and how everyone collaborates seamlessly. “I love how they’ve worked together through challenges and various changes”, says Laura.
