Rachel grew up in Indiana and moved to St. Louis after graduating from the University of Evansville, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Rachel spent several years working in corporate finance. After being out of the industry for a few years, she is working towards her Accounting Certificate. In Rachel’s free time, she loves to read, hike, travel and spend time with her husband and two teenagers.

Kristy graduated from the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in Finance. She is currently working to achieve her Master’s degree in Accounting through WGU. Kristy lives in St. Charles County with her husband, 4 kids, 7 cats, and 3 dogs.  In her down time, she enjoys watching her boys play soccer, and her girls Irish dance. 

Rhonda grew up in Pennsylvania where she earned her B.S. in Accounting at Clarion University with a minor in Anthropology. After college, she became a stay-at-home mom for her 3 sons, then worked as a CFO in Hermitage, PA. Rhonda moved to St. Charles in 2018 and has worked in the accounting industry since. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her loving family and friends. She also loves spoiling her 6-year-old niece (soon to be nieces).

Rebecca graduated from St. Louis University with a BSBA, emphasis in Accounting. Rebecca spent the next 25 years doing accounting in the construction and transportation industries. She lives in St. Charles County with her husband and two sons. In her free time, Rebecca spends much of her time watching her son’s sporting activities; baseball and wrestling. She loves traveling.

Michele was born in Arizona, but spent most of her life in the St. Louis area. Michele has been providing office support to the LEM staff for four years and loves the team! Michele is the proud mother of a son and a daughter and in her spare time, she loves to paint.

Dana was born and raised in the St. Louis area and has worked in the bookkeeping industry for the past twenty years. She has experience in a variety of bookkeeping settings, including construction and real estate. Dana has five children, six grandchildren, and enjoys spending her spare time with family.

Jill is from a small town in central Missouri. She moved to St. Louis to attend Washington University, where she got a BSBA with a major in Accounting. Jill previously worked as a CPA, for a regional public accounting firm as an auditor for 7 years before leaving to work and stay at home with her three kids. During this time, she did accounting work for family businesses in the automotive industry. In her spare time, Jill enjoys watching her kids participate in volleyball, basketball, and theater. She also like to spend time with extended family and travel and spend time near the water.
