Laura graduated from Maryville University with a B.S. in Accounting, followed by an MBA with a concentration in Management. She worked in a nonprofit child welfare agency in high school through college, allowing her to travel around the world on humanitarian relief trips, and giving Laura a global perspective on business practices. In 2005, Laura founded LEM Business Solutions, LLC, providing bookkeeping, accounting and management services to businesses. Laura is an adjunct professor at Maryville University, St. Louis, MO. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Helmets First. She is married and has two daughters, two dogs, and two cats. Laura spends her non-working hours with her wonderful family.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Tonya has spent most of her adult life in the St. Louis area. Graduating from the University of Missouri, St. Louis, with a B.S. in Business and emphasis in Accounting, Tonya has spent more than 20 years in accounting. She is married and has a daughter and son-in-law. Most of her free time is spent with her delightful grandson.

After earning a B.S. from the University of Kansas, and a Masters in Business Administration from Webster University, Heather spent 12 years in real estate accounting. She has been with LEM for over three years. Heather is married, has two daughters and enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling with her family.

Born and raised in St. Charles, MO, Julie graduated from Lindenwood University. Julie Auclair brings with her over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Human Resources specializing in small to midsize organizations providing consulting and leadership to senior managers. She is also a Certified Professional in Human Resources receiving her certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. She resides in St. Louis County with her husband, stepdaughter, 3 dogs and a cat. Her free time is spent ballroom dancing as well as teaching and dancing West Coast swing competitively internationally and nationally along with her husband and her step daughter.

Following graduation from Purdue University, with a degree in Industrial Management, Shari moved to St. Louis, where she worked in cost accounting and financial reporting. After Shari’s three boys entered school, she directed the Mom’s-Day-Out program at her church and served as the Athletic Director at her children’s elementary school. Shari loves spending time with her family, being outdoors and traveling.

Tina graduated from the University of Kentucky with a degree in Mathematical Sciences. She worked as an Actuary in Cincinnati and Chicago for many years. After staying home with 4 boys, she is now learning the accounting world. Tina loves to bike the Katy Trail in her free time.

Brenda was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, graduating from Missouri State University with degrees in Psychology and Speech Pathology. Brenda joins LEM after 30 years serving as Executive Director or Director of Operations for non-profit organizations. She is married with three children, three grandchildren, and two giant Golden Retrievers.

After majoring in Accounting at Wake Forest University, Jennifer has spent most of her career in nonprofit administration organizing and leading programs and projects. She has called St. Louis home for 20 years, and enjoys spending time with her family, hiking various trails in the area, and getting lost in a good novel when not working.

Nicole was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She received a B.A. with emphasis in Psychology, along with minors in Business and Communication from University of Missouri – St. Louis. After many years working within social work, she chose to stay home and start a family with her husband. During that time, she maintained bookkeeping work for a small family business. She joined the LEM team in September of 2022, once her twin girls started school. When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family and reading a good book!

Tina Chac attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis working on a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Tina has over 20 years of accounting experience. She is married and has two daughters. Her free time is mostly spent outdoors and with her family.
