- Reviewing all profit & loss activity
- Posting year-end basic adjustments
- After tax returns are filed, LEM posts all year-end adjusting entries & closes the year
- Collects W-9 forms from vendors on a regular basis
- Files 1099 forms with both the Federal & State authorities.
