Meet Tina Chac, the February staff member of the month! Tina started with the LEM Business Solutions team in October 2022. Her role as an accounting associate has her doing a variety of tasks to serve her clients including reconciliations, inventory, sales tax returns, financial reports, keeping client books current, and preparing any spreadsheets needed for the client’s individual needs.
A little bit about Tina:
Tina Chac attended the University of Missouri, St. Louis working on a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. Tina has over 20 years of accounting experience. She is married and has two daughters. Her free time is mostly spent outdoors and with her family.
Her most recent LEM accomplishment:
“Tina is always willing to jump in and help when needed. There was a particularly difficult task with a non-profit, and Tina did an excellent job cleaning it up and doing the necessary grant reporting. Tina also brings a unique area of expertise with her background in the hospitality industry. We are so grateful for her on our team! ” says Laura Dalpiaz.
Who she serves at LEM:
Tina’s clients are in a variety of different industries, but her largest industry is hospitality due to her many years of experience. She also works with a few non profits.
What she loves about LEM:
“I enjoy working with my clients as I have a good rapport with each of them and it makes it easier for them to come to me with any issues they may need to discuss. My coworkers at LEM are great to work with. Each of them is always more than happy to help or troubleshoot issues that they may know about, making it a team effort,” says Tina.
